How to get Rawdah/Riaz ul Jannah booking? | Nusuk app

What is Rawdah, also called Riaz ul Jannah?

Rawdah, also called Riaz ul Jannah, is a special and blessed area inside the Prophet Muhammad’s mosque in Madinah. It is located between the Prophet’s grave (which was originally his house) and the pulpit where he used to give sermons. The Prophet said this place is a garden from the gardens of Paradise, which is why Muslims consider it very important and try to pray and make supplications there when visiting the mosque.

1. Download the Nusuk app from the app store

If for any reason nusuk is not working or booking are not available on Nusuk then The tawakalna app can be used aswell!

2. Sign in with your details

For international visitors you require :

  • A phone number
  • Visa number
  • Passport number

3. Apply for booking by clicking on noble rawdah

Choose a day and time

If no slots are available and you have been placed in a waitlist, Do not worry it is still very likely you will get a slot for Riaz ul Jannah. For this, around 48-24 hours prior to your visit to Madinah, login into the Nusuk app and keep refreshing after 12:00 and 6:00, as some people will cancel their booking and slots will become empty.

It is very important that you confirm you attendance at least 24 hours prior to your time of visit.

4 Where to enter Riaz ul Jannah/Rawdah?

After entering masjid al Nabawi, you will need to proceed to GATE 37. which is the allocated gate for Riaz ul Jannah/Rawdah. arrive 30 mins before attendance time as lines are long. DONOT try to enter earlier as they will sent to back to the end of the line wasting staff time as well as yours.

Important notice :

  • Treat all the staff and other visitors with respect
  • Leave and enter the at allocated time only
  • Remember to collect your free zam zam bottle at the end
